Our approach

FlashCat LLC aims to make the AttackDesk website and account experience usable by people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing target. This is a target, not a claim of full conformance or independent certification.

We are working on readable contrast, keyboard access, visible focus, meaningful headings, form labels, responsive text, and support for reduced motion. Accessibility is ongoing work, including when features or connected services change.

Current scope and limitations

This statement covers the AttackDesk marketing site and account hub. Interactive CRM previews, draggable boards, dense tables, animation, and third-party payment or sign-in interfaces may present barriers. Customer-modified copies and third-party content can behave differently.

We have not completed a comprehensive independent accessibility audit or testing across all combinations of screen readers, browsers, and devices. We do not claim that every workflow is currently accessible. The availability of a policy page or an automated check does not establish compliance.

Using the site

The site is designed for current browsers that support standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You can use your browser’s zoom and your device’s reduced-motion preference. Legal information is provided as selectable HTML text with section links and a print option.

If an interactive preview is difficult to use, the surrounding feature descriptions explain the product without requiring you to operate the preview. If sign-in, setup, or checkout is blocked by an accessibility problem, contact us for help with an alternative way to complete the task.

Tell us about a barrier

Email support@attackdesk.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. If you can, include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, the problem, and the browser or assistive technology involved. Share only what you are comfortable providing; medical information is not needed.

We will review the report and work with you on an appropriate response or alternative. We do not promise a fixed resolution time. You do not need to finish a purchase or create an account to report a problem.
